Texas Fishing License and Saltwater Endorsement to bring any fish
taken in Federal waters ashore in Texas. |

required to have a Texas Fishing License to keep fish aboard the
MISTY LIN. |

Refunds: |
All
refunds require a 2 week cancellation notice for 100% of the deposit
to be refunded |

| If
cancellation is less than 2 weeks we will work with you to reschedule
your trip. 100% of your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled
date. |

| No
cash refund for cancellation under 2 weeks or for the amount applied
to the unscheduled trip. |
